Membership runs from January 1 through December 31 annually. Dues must be paid by the March meeting each year to maintain active status. All memberships including Renewals, should fill out a membership form and make check payable to D.E.C. This helps us keep accurate records of payment and your information up to date on what your interests are and where your talents lie and how to get your newletter to you!

Each new member may pick up a membership packet. Sorry, no membership packet on renewals!

We have 4 types: Commercial, Organizational, Individual and Youth:

Commercial: $30.00 dues annually

• Receive newsletter
• Business card ad every newsletter..you must send card in with dues
• Opportunities to co-sponsor projects with DEC
• Website/email/address listing
• Educational clinics
• May purchase larger ads for newsletter
• May send articles in for newsletter
• Voting right X1

Organizational: $20.00 dues annually

• Receive newsletter
• List events, meetings, shows, specials in newsletter and on the website
• Website link
• Articles for inclusion in newsletter
• Educational clinics
• Voting rights X1

Individual: $10.00 Adult..$5.00 Youth(18y/o or younger)

• Receive newsletter
• Educational clinics
• 1 classified ad per month per membership for newsletter
• Articles for inclusion in newsletter
• Voting rights X1
• Assist DEC with activities of your choice; volunteer if you have some time for newsletter, directory, membership, publicity, safety, website, legislative, trails, fair booth, barn tours.....the list goes on.....what suits you and your time frame?
